Fully
programmable PINSTAMP® Single and Multiple-Pin Marking
Systems are based on Telesis' original, patented "Floating
Pin" design. A pneumatically driven and returned, metal or
carbide pin permanently indents the surface to be marked with
either dot matrix or continuous line characters - even logos,
graphics or 2D codes. Since the marking pin "floats" on constant
air return pressure, surface irregularities up to 6mm can
be easily accommodated. And more importantly NO stress concentrations
need occur.
Since
the force of the mark is controlled by air pressure, product
marking can be "customised" to suit most any application.
TELESIS manufactures over 10 versatile PINSTAMP® models.
They are cost-effective in a wide range of stand alone or
on-line situations. Telesis Pinstamp systems can be easily
interfaced to PLC's and Host computers and can be integrated
into your production by the engineers and toolmakers at NICHOL.
A wide
range of materials can be marked from soft plastics to hardened
steel up to 60Rc
